Located on Table Rock Lake, this non-smoking condominium has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Beautifully furnished and located ON the lake and next to Silver Dollar City, this condominium makes it easy to relax or explore all that Branson has to offer.

The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own bath with a double vanity. The master also has patio doors that open up to the deck with a wonderful lake view. The second bedroom offers Two Twin beds OR a King bed and full bath as well. Both Bedrooms have have cable TV. The large living room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, 32-inch Flat panel TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo system. There is also an eating area and a spacious kitchen complete with washer and dryer. But do not feel confined to the kitchen, the condominium has its own gas grill.

Enjoy the wonderful lake view from the large deck just off the great room and master bedroom. Enjoy all of the resort amenities including tennis, swimming pool and hot tub, lake-side swimming and fishing, hiking the trails, horseshoes, and basketball.

A five-minute drive takes you to the Indian Point boat dock where the condominiums boat slip is. If you did not bring your own boat you can rent your favorite watercraft and explore the beautiful lake and all it has to offer. A three-minute drive takes you to Silver Dollar City Amusement Park.

A ten-minute drive takes you to Branson and all it has to offer. You will also only be 45 minutes from Springfield, Missouri, which offers the First and world-famous Bass Pro Shop and Wildlife Museum.

What a delight to stay in this lovely condo. We took my 85 & 87 year old parents to Branson as an early Christmas gift. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was immacualtely clean and welcoming with lovely Christmas decorations. There was not a single thing we needed- I had asked about coffee and the Brawners even left some filters for us. The access was easy ( though we arrived shortly after a storm, ever effort was made to clean the ramp- someone even came the next day to clean it further).My husband was thrilled with the wireless high speed internet, and the free long distance calling was a bonus. The Master Bedroom was perfect with a view out to the lake, the deck was huge,and the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. There were plenty of clean soft towels and lots of pillows on the beds. The living room was comfortable and the view great, and 3 TVs were very convenient. We would stay again in a heartbeat. This is a perfect place whether for a couple, 2 couples, or a family. The location was convenient yet a few minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of town was very refreshing and pleasant as a "base camp". Please don't hesitate to email us with questions- we would recommend the Brawners condo wholeheartedly.Thanks for sharing it with us Jason!We plan to return again in teh Spring.

We were very pleased with the condo and found all the extras that we needed for Thanksgiving Day. My family would love to stay again sometime. The pricing is a great savings for several people. The Brawners tried to make sure we were very comfortable, even to the point of having a Christmas tree lit and shining to welcome us there the first night.
